| Four types of organisations can become
members of FORUM |
Category A:
Founder Member
The
signatories to the memorandum of association
shall be the founder members of the Forum.
Founder members shall continue to be the members
of the Forum till they resign of their own.

CategoryB:
Institutional Members
Any registered institution or any
institution having legal entity that is working
as a self help promoting institutions or apex
institutions of SHGs, cluster and federation or
intends to work as such and having interest,
faith and will to co-operate in implementing the
aims and objectives of the Forum is eligible to
become a member. |
CategoryC:
Individual Members/ Life
Members
Any individual having
specialised knowledge, expertise and faith in
the promotion of micro finance and SHG may
become a life member of the Forum. |
CategoryD:
AssociateMembers
The
executive committee may admit, any
individual/institution/ group engaged in self
help group promotional activities, as an
associate member without any voting rights.

4. Membership
Fee
Founder Member- will not be required
to pay one time subscription. They are the
signatories to the Memorandum of
association.
Institutional Member: Rs. 500
Per annum
Individual Member/ Life Member -
One time fee of Rs. 1000.00 only/ or any revised
fee as may be prescribed by the managing
committee from time to time.
Associate
Member: Associate Member will not be required to
pay any admission fee but will be required to
pay the annual subscription. Rs. 50 per annum
for institution, Rs. 30/- per annum for group,
Rs. 25/- per annum per
individual

5. Members'
Privileges
FORUM involves all its members
in the activities of the network. FORUM
secretariat provides the necessary support for
making these activities possible. The
members/secretariat meets time to time to review
the activities and develop strategy in the
respective thematic area. Participation in
meetings is open to members only.
